  • The FULL pass gives access to Palazzo Re Enzo (13/10/23), DumBO and TPO (13-14/10/23). It allows you to enter and exit the locations freely.
    The pass does NOT give access to the Oratorio di San Filippo Neri and Teatro San Leonardo.
  • The Friday pass gives access to DumBO and TPO on the evening of Friday 13/10 only.
    The pass does NOT give access to Palazzo Re Enzo, Oratorio di San Filippo Neri and Teatro San Leonardo.
  • The Saturday pass gives access to DumBO and TPO on the evening of Saturday 14/10 only.
    The pass does NOT give access to Palazzo Re Enzo, Oratorio di San Filippo Neri and Teatro San Leonardo.

Only multipass ticket holders can re-enter a venue after leaving it. Single tickets, on the other hand, do not give the possibility of re-entry once you have left the venue.

Access to the Oratorio di San Filippo Neri and the Teatro San Leonardo requires separate tickets:

Yes, if you wish to enter with a ticket purchased under another name, a ticket transfer is required: if purchased on DICE, you can do this via the appropriate function in the app; if purchased on BoxerTicket, by filling out the online form https://www.boxerticket.it/cambio-nominativo.

Paper pre-sales can be purchased at Bologna Welcome in Piazza Maggiore 1, Bologna.

Yes, credit and debit cards will be accepted in all festival locations.

All ROBOT Festival #14 venues are accessible for the disabled. Only at Teatro San Leonardo are there three steps to access the toilets and the organisation can arrange for a ramp to be installed with a three days in advance notice. In case of need, please contact the Festival organisation in advance at info@robotfestival.it .

No, you have to buy a ticket, but you can bring an accompanying person with you who will not pay the entrance fee. Email us at info@robotfestival.it to let us know your names.

If you do not want to leave them at the entrance, leave food, drinks, lasers, spray cans, bottles, cans, umbrellas, and sharp objects at home. Backpacks, helmets, and large objects should be left in the cloakroom.

Cloakroom service will be available at: Palazzo Re Enzo, TPO and DumBO.

ROBOT Festival cares about sustainability and safety. This is why a dedicated team is constantly working to ensure higher standards and to spread the importance of the message during ROBOT Festival #14. Discover the actions we are taking and do your part to limit the environmental impact of the event and create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

– A team and space dedicated to these issues will be at your disposal at all locations. At Dumbo and Palazzo Re Enzo there will also be a listening and reference point for the well-being of allə
– Free drinking water refill points will be available in the venues
– We will use compostable or reusable rigid plastic cutlery and glasses in the Festival bars
– We have limited the use of printed materials to promote the Festival
– We will promote sustainable mobility through partnerships with Bologna Welcome, Corrente, RideMovi and Tesla
